Overall Project Assessment and Planning: Conduct a comprehensive review of the existing network infrastructure and identify gaps. Validate and refine the project objectives; prepare a detailed implementation plan aligned with scalability, reliability, and security requirements. Develop a phased rollout strategy for upgrading and expanding connectivity to Government offices, Gram Panchayats, schools, and health centers, including rural connectivity through BharatNET integration. Strategize the project and prepare action plan documents. Develop the project roadmap and define key milestones. Prepare and manage all necessary project documentation. ii. Project Implementation Support and Oversight: Coordinate with System Integrator (SI), vendors, and district/site level stakeholders for timely and compliant implementation. Oversee project activities to ensue alignment with design specifications and timelines. Monitor progress of infrastructure upgrade/ deployment at identified sites. Continuously monitor project performance through structured review mechanisms iii.



Documentation, Training, and Handover: Prepare comprehensive project documents, including operation & maintenance guides, and network diagrams. Develop training modules and coordinate training sessions for IT staff on SD-WAN, firewalls, DWDM, UPS/batteries, DHCP, IPAM, and monitoring tools. Help organize and deliver e-Governance-related training programs. Ensure smooth handover of systems to the operational team, including knowledge transfer and support transition. iv. Project Governance and Reporting: Provide regular progress reports, risk assessments, and mitigation plans to the project management team. Prepare and update regular reports like Project Progress Reports (PPR) and Detailed Project Reports (DPR). Ensure compliance with tender requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
