We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Insurance / Claims / Patient Care/TPA Executive to join our Patient Billing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling voice-based interactions with patients, hospitals, insurance companies, and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) to facilitate cashless authorizations, claim processing, policy verification, and claim status updates while ensuring an excellent patient experience.

Role & responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to insurance claims and patient queries
- Provide customer service to patients, addressing their concerns and queries professionally.
- Verify patient insurance eligibility, policy coverage, and benefits.
- Ability to handle difficult customer interactions professionally.
- Analyze and resolve complex insurance-related issues.

Preferred candidate profile

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 2+ years experience in health insurance/TPA/Medical Claims Processing/Hospital Patient Care/Customer Support (Voice Process
- Robust customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
