Role & responsibilities :

- Design and architect enterprise IAM solutions aligned with business and security requirements.
- Lead IAM strategy, roadmap, and architecture for on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
- Design authentication and authorization frameworks using modern identity standards.
- Implement Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Identity Federation, and Passwordless Authentication solutions.
- Architect Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions including Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) lifecycle processes.
- Design Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC), and Privileged Access Management (PAM) integrations.
- Integrate enterprise applications with IAM platforms using industry-standard protocols.
- Provide architecture guidance for cloud identity solutions across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Design hybrid identity solutions integrating on-premises Active Directory with cloud identity providers.
- Define security architecture, IAM policies, standards, and best practices.
- Perform IAM solution assessments, architecture reviews, and security gap analyses.
- Lead troubleshooting of complex authentication, federation, provisioning, and access issues.
- Develop automation solutions using scripting and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) where applicable.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, DevOps, and application teams for secure identity integration.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support disaster recovery planning, business continuity, and IAM resilience testing.
- Mentor technical teams and provide architecture leadership across IAM initiatives.
