Role Overview
Ruchi Realty is looking for an experienced and strategic Vice President – Marketing to lead its overall marketing function. The role will be responsible for strengthening brand positioning, developing integrated marketing strategies, generating qualified leads and supporting the sales objectives of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for the company and its real estate projects.
- Lead brand positioning, project launches and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Plan and manage digital marketing, performance marketing, social media, outdoor advertising, print and other promotional activities.
- Drive lead-generation initiatives and ensure delivery of high-quality leads to the sales team.
- Monitor marketing funnels, conversion ratios, customer acquisition costs and campaign ROI.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis and customer-segmentation studies.
- Manage the annual marketing budget and ensure optimum utilisation across different channels.
- Coordinate with sales, project, design and leadership teams to achieve business targets.
- Manage relationships with advertising agencies, media partners,
digital agencies and other vendors.
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team.
- Prepare regular marketing-performance reports and present strategic insights to senior management.
- Identify new branding, partnership and customer-engagement opportunities.
- Candidate Requirements
- Strong experience in leading marketing, branding and lead-generation functions.
- Prior experience in the real estate industry is strongly preferred.
- Proven exposure to project launches and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing and marketing analytics.
- Experience in managing significant marketing budgets and external agencies.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong commercial understanding with a result-oriented approach.
- Candidate should be willing to work from the Indore location.

- Strategic and hands-on marketing leader with strong execution capabilities.
- Positive understanding of the Indore and Central India real estate market.
- Demonstrated experience in improving brand visibility, lead quality and sales conversions.
- Ability to work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams.
