- Handle high-volume calling (100 - 150 calls per day).
- Understand buyer requirements, budget, property preferences, timelines, and purchase intent.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
- Update CRM with accurate call outcomes and lead statuses.
- Schedule follow-ups and maintain lead engagement.
- Share daily and weekly productivity reports.
- Contribute insights to improve lead quality and campaign performance.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Graduation is mandatory
- Solid convincing and negotiation abilities

- Quick learner with a positive attitude
