Lead Product Designer

About the Role

We're looking for a Lead Product Designer who can drive product design from discovery through launch while owning key product areas. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders to solve complex user problems, shape product direction, and deliver intuitive user experiences. You'll also mentor designers and help establish design best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end design of product features and product areas.
- Partner with Product Managers to define product vision, user needs, and business goals.
- Drive product discovery, user research, and usability testing.
- Create user journeys, information architecture, conceptual models, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.
- Lead design reviews and ensure consistency across products.
- Build and evolve design systems and reusable components.
- Work closely with Engineering to ensure high-quality implementation.
- Mentor junior designers and promote design best practices.




- Present design solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.

Requirements

- 6–8 years of Product Design experience.
- Experience working in a product-based company.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating ownership of complex products from discovery to launch.
- Strong product thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in Information Architecture, interaction design, and design systems.
- Experience designing SaaS, B2B, B2C, or enterprise products.
- Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
- Experience collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring designers or leading design initiatives.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Experience working in Agile product development environments.

Preferred

- Experience leading product discovery workshops.
- Experience using product analytics to drive design decisions.
- Knowledge of accessibility and responsive design.
- Experience in AI, FinTech, HRTech, SaaS, or Enterprise products.
