About Us The Tiles House (thetileshouse.com) is a premium tile e-commerce brand shipping pan-India. We're a growing, rapid-paced online retail business looking for a sharp, organized person to own our lead pipeline from first contact to quote.
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound calls & leads
— respond to customer queries about tiles, pricing, availability, and guide them through to a sale
- Manage WhatsApp Business messages
— reply to customer queries, share catalogues, follow up on pending leads promptly
- Work leads from Shopify
— track enquiries/orders coming through the store, follow up on abandoned carts or quote requests, keep lead status updated
- Make PIs (Proforma Invoices)
— prepare accurate PIs for customers based on their tile/quantity requirements and confirm before order processing
- Follow-up discipline
— systematically chase every open lead and quote until it converts or is closed out, nothing sits untouched
- Coordinate deliveries
— book porters/local transport for confirmed orders, track dispatch and delivery status,
resolve delivery issues
- Daily reporting
— end-of-day summary of leads handled, PIs sent, and conversions to the founder
Who You Are
- Comfortable on the phone — confident, polite, doesn't fumble under pressure
- Fluent in Hindi and working English (spoken + written) — most calls/WhatsApp will be in Hindi/Hinglish
