Join Our Global Legal Team! Are you a legal professional passionate about corporate law, commercial contracts, and working in a global environment? We're looking for a Legal Counsel to join our Corporate & Commercial Legal team and play a key role in supporting our international business.

In this role, you'll work closely with global stakeholders, advise on commercial and corporate legal matters, and help ensure compliance while enabling business growth. What You'll Do

As a Legal Counsel, you will:

- Provide legal support for indirect procurement by reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts.
- Draft, review, and negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
- Manage Powers of Attorney (PoAs) across our global company portfolio.
- Advise on Indian corporate law and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Support corporate governance activities and potentially take on the role of Company Secretary for the Indian entity.
- Partner with business teams to identify legal risks and provide practical, business-oriented solutions.
- Support post-merger integration projects when required.
- Assist with legal compliance, governance initiatives, and special projects. What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

- Master's Degree in Law (LLM) or equivalent.




- 3–5 years of experience with a reputable law firm or an international organization.
- Strong knowledge of Indian Company Law.
- Experience in reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Hands-on experience with NDAs and corporate documentation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global workplace.

Preferred Qualifications

- Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
- Qualified Company Secretary (preferred).
- Admission to the Bar is an added advantage.
- Experience supporting multinational organizations.
