Role & responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end factory warehouse and logistics operations.

- Manage inbound & outbound logistics, warehousing, dispatch, and distribution.

- Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counting, reconciliation, and inventory governance.

- Oversee reverse logistics, refurbishment, repair logistics, and asset management.

- Manage cold chain operations, batch traceability, and serial number tracking.

- Drive warehouse automation, WMS implementation, and process digitalization.

- Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, ISO, EHS, and regulatory standards.

- Coordinate with Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Planning, Finance, and Customer Service.

- Optimize warehouse productivity, logistics costs, and vendor performance.

- Lead and develop warehouse and logistics teams while driving operational excellence

Preferred candidate profile

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical,



Production, Industrial, Electronics, Instrumentation, or equivalent.

- MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain or Operations preferred.

- 1822 years of experience in manufacturing warehouse and logistics operations.

- Experience in Medical Devices, IVD, Pharmaceuticals, Diagnostics, or other regulated manufacturing industries.

- Solid expertise in Factory Warehouse Operations, Manufacturing Logistics, Oracle WMS/SAP, Inventory Governance, Reverse Logistics, and Cold Chain Management.

- Proven experience in leading warehouse teams, driving operational excellence, and managing cross-functional stakeholders.

- Strong knowledge of GMP, GDP, ISO, EHS, and regulatory compliance.
