We're Hiring: Assistant IBDP Economics Teacher The Strat Genius Academy | Juhu & Goregaon, Mumbai
The Strat Genius Academy (SGA) is a boutique IB Economics and Business Management tutoring institute, built around one idea: students do better when they're taught by people who genuinely know the subject and genuinely care about getting them there. We work with IBDP, IGCSE, A-Level, and AP students across our Juhu and Goregaon centres, and we're growing. As we expand, I (the founder CFA charterholder and official IB Economics Examiner) need someone dedicated to working alongside me directly.
I'm looking for an Assistant IBDP Economics Teacher.
What the role actually involves:
- Sitting in on and supporting every class alongside me prep, doubt-clearing, student follow-ups, the works
- Getting trained, hands-on, in how IB Economics is actually taught, structured, and marked
- Eventually, taking independent classes on the days I'm not around
What I need from you:
- A genuinely robust,
complete grip on Economics micro and macro, not just exam-pattern familiarity
- Prior IBDP teaching experience is a bonus — but if you don't have it, we'll train you on the syllabus, mark schemes, and teaching methodology from the ground up
- Real communication skills — you need to be able to hold a room of teenagers, not just explain a concept to me
- Based in Mumbai, comfortable working across our Juhu and Goregaon centres
