Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for India hiring.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, and referrals.
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews.
- Work closely with hiring managers to ensure timely closures.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Mentor junior recruiters and achieve hiring targets.
- Maintain recruitment reports and candidate records.

Who Can Apply?

13 years of experience in India Domestic Recruitment (IT/Engineering preferred).
Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.




Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
