Experience: Freshers(Graduates - completed/awaiting results) to 10 Years (BPO/International Voice Process experience preferred)

Salary: 3.7 LPA 7.5 LPA

### What You'll Do

* Engage with prospective customers through outbound and inbound calls to introduce business solutions.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend solutions that best fit their business needs.

* Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and consultative selling.

* Handle customer objections confidently and guide them through the onboarding process.

* Maintain accurate records, schedule timely follow-ups, and manage a healthy sales pipeline.

* Consistently achieve sales, quality, and productivity targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and seamless onboarding journey for customers.

### What We're Looking For

Excellent English communication skills

BPO/International Voice Process experience is an added advantage





Freshers with outstanding communication skills are encouraged to apply

Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, or Voice Process experience is a plus

Willingness to work in flexible/night shifts

Customer-focused, target-driven, and eager to learn
