Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate R&D; Executive to support product development, formulation, and quality improvement of spice blends and food products. The role involves hands-on lab work, process optimization, and close coordination with QA, production, and procurement teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and improve spice blends, seasonings, and value-added food products

Conduct trials, testing, and validation of new and existing formulations

Work on cost optimization and ingredient standardization without compromising quality

Collaborate with QA to ensure compliance with FSSAI, export standards, and food safety norms

Support scale-up from lab trials to commercial production

Prepare and maintain R&D; documentation, SOPs, and reports

Research recent ingredients, trends, and technologies in spices and food processing

Assist in troubleshooting quality or process-related issues

Coordinate with procurement for raw material evaluation and trials
