Role & responsibilities

- Participate in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation projects.
- Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops and gather business requirements.
- Configure SAP SD processes including Order-to-Cash (O2C), Pricing, Sales Orders, Deliveries, Billing, Returns, Credit Management, Output Management, and ATP.
- Configure organizational structure, Business Partners, Customer Master, Shipping, and Billing processes.
- Perform Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and support cutover and go-live activities.
- Work with cross-functional teams including MM, FI, PP, and EWM.
- Support data migration using SAP Migration Cockpit.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for developments.
- Provide post-go-live support and user training.

Preferred candidate profile

- 3-5 years of SAP SD experience.
- Minimum one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation.
- Robust knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori Apps.
- Knowledge of SAP Best Practices, Fit-to-Standard methodology, SSCUI, and CBC.
- Experience in Pricing, Billing, Shipping, Credit Management, Returns, and Output Management.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skill
