Job Summary

SkipperSeil Limited is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented DGM / GM Sales & Marketing to drive business growth for its Power Transformer Division. The role is responsible for expanding market share, securing high-value orders, managing key utility and EPC accounts, leading strategic sales initiatives, and achieving revenue targets for Power Transformers up to 500 MVA & 765 kV class.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve order booking, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Drive business development across Utilities, EPC Contractors, Renewable Energy, Transmission & Distribution, and Industrial sectors.
- Manage key customer relationships and lead negotiations for high-value transformer projects.
- Oversee techno-commercial bidding, tendering, and contract finalization.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Planning, and Project teams for seamless order execution.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities,



and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead and mentor the sales team while ensuring CRM/SAP-based sales governance and forecasting.
- Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and technical discussions.

Key Requirements

- B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering.
- 18–22 years of experience in Power Transformer Sales & Marketing.
- Solid experience in selling Power Transformers up to 765 kV / 500 MVA.
- Proven success in handling Utilities, EPCs, DISCOMs, Transmission Projects, and Industrial Customers.
- Expertise in tendering, techno-commercial negotiations, key account management, and business development.
- Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in SAP, CRM, and MS Office.
