We are looking for an experienced Laser Etching Supervisor to oversee laser marking and etching operations, ensure production targets are achieved, maintain quality standards, and lead the laser etching team in a safe and effective manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily laser etching production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per the production plan.
- Set up and operate laser etching machines when required.
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with customer specifications.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Planning departments.
- Maintain production records, shift reports, and machine logs.
- Ensure proper machine maintenance and report any breakdowns.
- Train and guide operators on machine operation and safety procedures.
- Implement 5S and safety practices in the work area.
- Reduce rejection, rework, and machine downtime through continuous improvement.
- Troubleshooting
- MS Excel & Production Reporting
- 5S, Safety & GMP Awareness
- Good Communication Skills
Qualification
- Diploma / B.Tech / ITI in Mechanical, Production.
Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Laser Etching or Laser Marking operations in a manufacturing/automobile industry.
- Experience in supervising production teams will be an added advantage.
Salary As per company policy and candidate experience.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
