Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in any specialisation
- Preferably LLB from a recognised institute

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate land acquisition activities for railway/highway infrastructure projects.
- Liaise with government authorities, revenue departments, district administration, and other stakeholders for project-related approvals and clearances.
- Ensure timely processing and completion of land acquisition activities in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Handle negotiations, documentation, compensation matters, and dispute resolution related to land acquisition.
