Position: Laboratory Assistant / Instructor - Chemistry, Chanakya University.

Qualification: M.Sc & BE/B.Tech

Safety protocols and procedures

- Prepare materials and set up equipment for laboratory experiments and demonstrations.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures at all times.
- Troubleshoot technical issues with equipment and instruments.

Conducting lab sessions

- Maintain and organization of the laboratory space and lab equipment.
- Assist students in understanding and conducting experimental procedures and techniques.
- Provide guidance and supervision to students during lab sessions.
- Develop instructional materials for labs.
- Collaborate with faculty members to develop and update laboratory curriculum.




- Participate in career development opportunities to stay current with advancements in the field.
- To support as teaching assistant.

Maintaining records

- Keep records of experiments and results.
- Assist in grading lab reports/ record book and assignments as needed
- Keep accurate records of laboratory activities and student attendance.

Educational Qualification

As per AICTE norms, a Lab Instructor should have a Diploma in Engineering from recognized university. Preferably, they should have two years of relevant experience.
