- Basic to Average English communication
- No employment gap exceeding 6 months
Job Profile:
- Outbound sales of Kotak Bank products
- Achieve sales targets
- Customer follow-ups and relationship management
- Maintain customer records
Salary & Benefits:
- Up to 3.10 LPA CTC (Based on interview)
- Up to 24,000 Monthly Incentives
- Candidates with 3+ years of sales experience may earn up to 4 LPA CTC
- Direct Payroll with Kotak Mahindra Bank
Shift:
- 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Fixed Shift)
- 8 Week Offs per Month (4 Sundays + 4 Saturdays)
