Job Summary

Grassroots Solutions & Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic BPO Recruiters / Talent Acquisition Executives to manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO and non-BPO hiring. The role involves sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, managing offers, and ensuring timely closures while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO and corporate hiring.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, walk-ins, and recruitment vendors.
- Screen resumes and conduct HR telephonic interviews.
- Assess candidate suitability based on job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and operations teams.
- Maintain candidate records and update the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, including offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Coordinate with recruitment partners, colleges, and consultants for bulk hiring requirements.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
- Prepare recruitment MIS reports and maintain hiring dashboards.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Participate in job fairs, campus drives, and walk-in recruitment events.





Eligibility & Requirements

- Bachelors degree in any discipline.
- 0-3 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, HR, or BPO Hiring.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and an interest in recruitment are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication skills in English; knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, WorkIndia, Apna, LinkedIn, etc., is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and ATS/CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
