We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Procurement Specialist with 10 to 15 years of IT experience to lead end-to-end implementations. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of delivering at least two complete lifecycles of Oracle Cloud Procurement modules and integrating them seamlessly with Financials and Inventory ecosystems.

Core Responsibilities:

- End-to-End Implementation: Lead the requirement gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle Fusion SCM Procurement suites.
- Module Ownership: Drive solutions for Oracle Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement, Supplier Management, Supplier Portal, and Strategic Sourcing.
- Process Design: Map, optimize, and execute seamless Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business workflows.
- Approval Configurations: Design and implement complex business rules using BPM Approval Workflows.
- Data Migration & Integration: Execute flawless data migration using FBDI and ADFDI tools.



Ensure clean integration points with Oracle Financials and Inventory modules.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, bridging business requirements with technical configurations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum 2+ End-to-End Oracle Fusion Procurement implementations.
- Functional Expertise: Deep understanding of SCM Procurement domain, P2P cycles, and supplier lifecycles.
- Technical Familiarity: Hands-on experience with BPM, FBDI, and ADFDI data loading sheets.
- Integration Knowledge: Explicit comprehension of cross-functional flows between SCM, Oracle Financials (AP), and Inventory.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing presentation skills.
