We are hiring Telesales Executives for outbound sales process for Gurgaon Location. The role involves engaging customers over voice calls, promoting insurance-related products/services, handling queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle outbound sales calls as per assigned process.
- Promote insurance products (life, term, or health).
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.
- Maintain call quality, compliance, and documentation.
- Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
- Deliver professional and courteous customer interactions.

Candidate Profile / Eligibility

- Minimum 12th Pass.
- Minimum 6 months health insurance sales experience.
- Age up to 35 years.
- Good command over English (Verbal & Written).
- Versant Level 4 or 5 (Voice).
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.

Salary & Perks

Fixed Salary: 25,000 35,000 CTC (based on experience and interview performance).

Shift & Working Details

- 6 days working.
- Rotational weekly off.
- Male candidates: 24x7 rotational shifts.

Female candidates: 7 AM 7 PM shift window.
