Role & responsibilities

1. Client Billing Raising RA bills in a timebound manner

2. Identifying & Preparation of Extra Items/Change of Scope estimate preparation for Work to be executed at site but not in original scope of work

3. Developing, monitoring, and updating detailed Project Schedules & Planning

4. Preparation of Monthly Progress Reports & any other details required by Client

5. Preparation of Project Budget for Cost Control

6. Preparing Cost Estimate for tendering for recent works

7. Reviewing tender drawings & documents

8. Preparing queries for & attending pre-bid meetings

Preferred candidate profile

1. Candidate should have done Client billing for at least 3 Government EPC/Item Rate/HAM Projects for Road/Bridge construction work

2. Candidate should have prepared the Final Bill for an EPC/HAM contract

3. Candidate should have worked on relevant software like Road Estimator, MS Project, Primavera, Autocad etc.

4. Candiate should be familiar with relevant Codes of IRC

5. Candidate should possess good written communication skills

6. 10+ Years experience in road projects.
