Responsibilities

This is a full time, on-site position for a Junior Quantity Surveyor specializing in Fit-outs and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing). Responsibilities include:

- Preparing BOQs (Bills of Quantities)
- Assisting in managing and controlling project costs
- Supporting cost planning and reporting
- Ensuring projects stay within budget
- Collaborating with project teams to provide accurate financial insights

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Management
- Experience preparing and managing BOQs with detailed measurements
- Skills in Cost Reporting and forecasting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Knowledge of construction industry standards, particularly in Fit-outs and MEP
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
- Prior experience in consultancy or construction roles is a plus
- Experience in UK and US Quantity Take-Off practices will be considered an added advantage

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1–2 years of experience in Competitive Cost Analysis
- 1–2 years of experience with BOQs
