Position: Junior Project Coordinator

CTC: ₹5.5 – 7 LPA (depending on experience)

Function: End-to-end backend operations & branch-level coordination

Overview

We are looking for a systematic, technically-minded Junior Project Coordinator to run the backend engine of our operations — from quotation through to invoicing — and to keep every moving part on track. This person owns end-to-end operational support, coordinates across branches, and keeps timelines, teams, and documentation in perfect order. The ideal candidate finds real satisfaction in a tidy, well-structured workflow, holds themselves and the team to disciplined schedules, and takes pride in not letting a single detail slip.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full backend operations cycle — quotation, administrative support, invoicing, and overall operation tracking.
- Coordinate branch-level operations end-to-end, ensuring smooth handoffs and consistent execution across locations.
- Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables, keeping every workflow visible, structured, and up to date.
- Provide administrative and operational support to teams, removing bottlenecks before they cause delays.




- Maintain accurate, well-organized records and documentation across quotations, invoices, and operational data.
- Plan and manage team schedules and priorities to keep the group disciplined and on time.
- Act as the coordination point between operational teams and management for clear, reliable reporting.
