Role & Responsibilities

- Assist in preparing project schedules and work plans.

- Monitor the daily progress of projects and update project timelines.

- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, procurement, and design teams.

- Track material availability and ensure timely delivery to project sites.

- Prepare project progress reports, MIS reports, and status updates for management.

- Identify project delays and support the team in preparing recovery plans.

- Maintain project planning documents and records accurately.

- Assist in planning manpower, equipment, and other project resources.

- Ensure project activities are completed as per the approved schedule.

- Participate in project review meetings and prepare meeting minutes.

- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to share project updates whenever required.

- Follow company procedures and project planning standards at all times.





Preferred Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

- 0-1 years of experience in project planning, project coordination, or construction projects.

- Freshers with good academic performance are welcome to apply.

- Basic knowledge of MS Project or Primavera will be an added advantage.

- Good understanding of project planning and construction scheduling.

- Proficient in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.

- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and coordination abilities.

- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and meet project deadlines.

- Willing to travel to project sites whenever required.
