Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Hardware Engineer role based in Tamil Nadu, India.

The Junior Hardware

Engineer will assist in designing, assembling, and testing electronic hardware components and systems used in simulation and testing environments. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting circuit design, preparing schematics, working with PCB layouts, and participating in prototype development and debugging. The role involves collaborating with senior engineers to execute test plans, document results,



and ensure hardware meets performance and safety requirements.

The Junior Hardware

Engineer will also help maintain lab equipment, follow quality and compliance standards, and contribute to continuous improvements in hardware design and testing processes.

Qualifications

Foundational knowledge of electronic circuits, components, and hardware design principles.

Ability to work with schematics, PCB design tools, and basic lab instruments such as oscilloscopes and multimeters.

Understanding of hardware testing methods, troubleshooting techniques, and documentation practices.

Familiarity with embedded systems concepts, microcontrollers, or digital/analog interfaces is an advantage.

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering discipline.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and safety standards.

Effective communication and collaboration skills to work within multidisciplinary teams.

Willingness to learn, adapt to recent tools and methodologies, and take guidance from senior engineers.
