GreenOps Private Limited is a leading Solar PV Consultancy service provider. We are looking for a Junior Accounts Executive to support day-to-day accounting and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting entries, reconciliations, and basic statutory compliances.

Key Responsibilities

- Invoice Booking and Accounting Entries

- Bank Reconciliation (BRS)

- Ledger Reconciliation

- Salary Sheet Preparation and Accounting Entries

- Tally Data Entry & Maintenance

- Basic GST Compliance Support

- Basic TDS Compliance Support

- Assisting in routine accounting and finance activities

Required Skills

- Working knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime

- Basic understanding of GST & TDS

- Good knowledge of accounting principles

- MS Excel proficiency

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders





- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks

Experience

- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience (freshers with strong fundamentals can apply). Knowing how to operate Tally is a must.

Other Details:

- Location: Full-time role based at GreenOps office in Bodakdev, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

- Work Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (adaptable), Monday to Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturday off).

- Salary: As per experience and interview performance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Bodakdev, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience

- Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)

- Tally: 1 year (Preferred)
