Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Accountant located in Bengaluru. The Junior Accountant will manage day-to-day financial transactions, prepare financial reports, assist in maintaining accurate accounting records, and support budget preparation. Additional responsibilities include reconciling accounts, processing invoices, assisting in audits, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Qualifications





- Proficiency in financial reporting, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate accounting records
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support budgeting and auditing processes
- Knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and compliance standards
- Experience with accounting software and tools, as well as proficiency in spreadsheet applications
- Effective organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Relevant certifications such as CPA or CMA are an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
