AGS Health is hiring enthusiastic graduates to join our US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team as AR Callers. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who want to build a career in the healthcare BPO industry. Experienced AR Callers are also encouraged to apply.

The role involves interacting with US insurance companies to follow up on outstanding medical claims, resolve claim-related issues, and ensure timely reimbursements.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with US insurance companies regarding outstanding medical claims.
- Analyze denied or unpaid claims and identify appropriate resolutions.
- Update claim status and call outcomes accurately in the billing system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment-related issues.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies and US healthcare standards.
- Build knowledge of the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory)
- Freshers with excellent English communication skills are welcome.
- Candidates with 02 years of experience in AR Calling,



Voice Process, International BPO, or US Healthcare will have an added advantage.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
