We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager who can successfully manage end-to-end execution of customer projects by coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, suppliers, quality, production, and logistics while ensuring timely delivery, superior quality, and complete customer satisfaction.

Job Summary
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and successfully delivering multiple engineering projects from order receipt through final dispatch and project closure. The role requires close coordination with Production, PPC, Procurement, Quality, Fabrication, Logistics, and Customers to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

- Lead complete project execution from project kick-off through successful completion.
- Define project scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, and execution strategy.
- Develop detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and project schedules.
- Monitor project progress against timelines and take proactive corrective actions.
- Allocate and optimize manpower, machinery, materials, and other project resources.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans to avoid schedule or cost overruns.

Vendor & Procurement Coordination

- Coordinate with Procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
- Monitor vendor performance for quality, delivery, and compliance.
- Build strong supplier relationships for uninterrupted project execution.
- Resolve material shortages and supplier-related issues with minimum project impact.

Production & Cross Functional Coordination

- Work closely with Production, PPC, Fabrication, Development, QC, and Logistics teams.
- Ensure smooth workflow between departments throughout project execution.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and monitor action closures.
- Drive accountability across departments to achieve committed delivery schedules.





Quality Management

- Ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate inspections during various stages of manufacturing.
- Drive reduction of OSD (Over, Shortage & Defect) through process improvements.
- Work with Quality teams to resolve inspection observations and improve production reliability.

Customer Relationship Management

- Act as the primary interface between customers and DuFlon.
- Provide regular project progress updates.
- Coordinate customer inspections and factory visits.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain post-delivery communication for successful project closure and repeat business opportunities.

Logistics & Dispatch

- Coordinate dispatch planning with logistics teams.
- Ensure packing, documentation, inspection reports, and shipment readiness.
- Monitor on-time deliveries as per customer commitments.
- Ensure smooth project handover with complete documentation.

Project Documentation & Closure

- Prepare project completion reports.
- Maintain project documentation, inspection reports, quality records, and cost summaries.
- Conduct post-project reviews and capture lessons learned.
- Support customer handover activities and project closure meetings.

Continuous Improvement

- Drive implementation of digital project tracking systems.
- Improve workflow efficiency and project visibility.
- Identify opportunities to reduce lead time and improve execution efficiency.
- Support implementation of best project management practices across the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile
Education





- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline.
- PMP Certification will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 10-15 years of experience in Project Management within Engineering Manufacturing, EPC, Process Equipment, Piping Systems, Heavy Engineering, Oil & Gas, Chemical, or Industrial Projects.
- Experience handling multiple customer projects simultaneously.
- Exposure to fabrication, manufacturing, quality systems, procurement, and customer coordination.
