Location: IT Park, Chandigarh (Work from Office)

About the Role:

We are looking for high ownership individuals who can work as job search co-pilots for senior working professionals. In this role, you will act as an extension of our clients and support them end to end in their job search journey. This involves deeply understanding their careers, identifying the right opportunities, driving consistent daily actions and helping them generate strong interview traction.

This is a great prospect for fresh graduates and candidates from recruitment, customer support/success or BPO backgrounds who want to work in a secure day shift role with a structured work environment and no target pressure or rotational shifts.

- Resume Writers (08)
- Client Success Associates (10)
- Operations Associates (10)

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop deep understanding of clients career journey, strengths, target roles and industries

2. Identify relevant job opportunities aligned with clients career goals

3. Execute daily job search activities including applications, tracking, follow ups and opportunity mapping

4. Drive outreach and communication on behalf of clients with recruiters,



hiring managers and industry professionals

5. Ensure strong traction in terms of interview calls and meaningful conversations

Requirements :

1. Fresh graduates or candidates with 6 months to 2 years of experience

2.Candidates from HR / recruitment / BPO / client servicing background will have an added advantage

3.Excellent English communication and confidence in interacting with senior professionals

4.High activity orientation and ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously

5. Strong research skills and comfort with using AI tools for productivity

Work Schedule & Environment :

1.Day shift

2. 5 days working

3.10 AM to 7 PM
