Role & Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities of the role are as follows:
- Manage every aspect related to Patients right from the patients' entry into the clinic, to their exit.
- Interact with & Counsel Patients.
- Handle Patients' grievances/complaints/issues, and escalate it through the right channel, whenever needed.
- Create, maintain, & update Patients database on a regular basis.
- Efficient management of the Front Desk.
- Handle the clinic team, comprising of Aesthetic technician(s), PSE(s) & Accounts Executive(s).
- Multitask to ensure smooth clinic functioning.
- Maintain the desired hygiene & cleanliness standards of the clinic, and ensure the overall upkeep of the clinic
