Role & responsibilities
Tele calling
- Lead Generation: Initiate contact with potential customers to generate interest in products or services.
- Database Management: Maintain and update accurate records of customer interactions, phone numbers, and comments in the CRM database.
- Customer Guidance: Provide accurate information about company offerings, answer basic queries, and route complex cases to relevant departments.
- Follow-ups: Conduct regular follow-up calls with prospects who showed initial interest.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report market trends to supervisors.
Tele sales
- Sales Conversion: Pitch products or services directly to customers and close sales over the phone to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Needs Analysis: Ask open-ended questions to understand customer pain points and recommend the right product variation.
- Objection Handling: Confidently address customer hesitations regarding price, utility, or competition.
- Negotiation & Pricing:
Offer approved discounts, explain payment plans, and walk customers through the digital payment or sign-up process.
- Upselling & Cross-selling: Maximize order value by suggesting complementary upgrades or premium versions to existing buyers.
Outbound Calling
- Cold Calling: Contact individuals or businesses who have had no prior contact with the company to pitch offerings.
- Appointment Setting: Qualify leads and fix meetings or product demonstrations for the on-field sales team.
- Market Research: Conduct telephonic surveys to clean up databases and check target audience viability.
- Campaign Execution: Execute targeted calling campaigns for product launches, renewals, or event invitations.
- Call Flow Control: Navigate gatekeepers (like receptionists or assistants) to reach the primary decision-makers.
