About the Role

Adscult is looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Junior UX/UI Designer who can design complex, data-driven dashboards and build scalable design systems from scratch. If you're someone who takes ownership, thinks like a product designer, and works efficiently with minimal supervision, we'd love to have you on our team.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduct & UI/UX

· Design dashboards, web applications, and SaaS interfaces that handle large volumes of data.

· Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

· Build and maintain scalable design systems, including design tokens, component libraries, and documentation.

· Design intuitive data visualizations for charts, graphs, tables, metrics, and reports.

· Create micro-interactions, animations, empty states, loading states, and error states.

· Deliver clean, developer-ready Figma files using advanced features such as Auto Layout, Variables, Components, and Prototyping.

· Conduct user research and usability testing, translating insights into practical design improvements.

· Collaborate closely with the Product and Development teams in agile sprint cycles.

· Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, UX writing, ideation, and design workflows.

Team & Project Coordination

· Plan and allocate tasks within the design team to ensure smooth project execution.

· Manage sprint timelines, internal deadlines, and design deliverables.

· Maintain transparent and consistent communication with internal stakeholders and the Project Coordinator.

· Guide junior designers and ensure quality and consistency across design deliverables.

· Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve blockers and maintain workflow efficiency.





· Ensure timely handovers, proper documentation, and alignment with product and development requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· 1–2 years of hands-on experience in UX/UI Design.

· Experience designing dashboards or analytics-heavy digital products.

· Strong proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Variables, Component Libraries, and Advanced Prototyping.

· Excellent understanding of UX principles, information architecture, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.

· Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

· Ability to work independently with a high level of ownership and accountability.

· Good planning, task management, and organizational skills.

· Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage small design initiatives.

Good to Have

· Experience with motion design tools such as Rive, Principle, or Adobe After Effects.

· Knowledge of UX Pilot, Miro, or similar UX collaboration tools.

· Familiarity with AI-powered design tools such as Cursor, Lovable, UiMagic, and Figma AI.

· Experience working in an agency, startup, or fast-paced product environment.

· Familiarity with Zoho for project tracking, task management, or documentation.
