Job Title: Senior Social Media Executive

We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Executive with 6m to 1 year of hands-on experience in managing both organic social media strategies and paid Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and manage organic social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.

Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) campaigns for brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions.

Develop monthly content calendars, campaign strategies, and performance reports.

Ensure brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across all platforms.

Collaborate with graphic designers and content teams to produce engaging creatives and videos.

Analyze campaign performance using tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and social media insights.

Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.





Handle community management including comments, messages, and audience engagement.

Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to align social media campaigns with business objectives.

Oversee creation of high-quality graphics, videos, and creatives ensuring strong visual storytelling and brand consistency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

6m to 1 year of proven experience in Social Media Management and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads).

Strong knowledge of organic growth strategies and paid advertising techniques.

Excellent creative sense with strong understanding of graphics, design, and content aesthetics.

Good analytical and reporting skills.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred

Qualifications

Experience in managing multiple brands or agency background is a plus.

Video editing and reel creation knowledge is an added advantage.

Certification in Meta Ads or Digital Marketing will be a plus.
