- Connect with customers over phone calls
- Explain and promote loan products
- Understand customer needs & guide them
- Build communication & persuasion skills
- Learn how real sales & business works

LEVEL 1 – Sales (Calling & Client Interaction) → Learn communication & closing skills

LEVEL 2 – Team Building & HR → Train & manage your own team

LEVEL 3 – Business Management → Handle operations & lead like a business owner
