Your Responsibilities Monitor and optimise tester productivity, yield, and false call rates to meet defined KPIs.

Provide maintenance and support for RF testers and related instruments focusing on 4G/5G technology.

Manage tester changeovers, including IC programming and unit test adjustments to align with customer requirements.

Contribute to spare parts management and address critical shortages to reduce equipment downtime.

Participate in new product introduction (NPI) and mass production tester installations,



ensuring compliance with test plans.

Engage in troubleshooting and calibration of RF testers, enhancing performance and uptime.

Mentor and guide shift engineers while collaborating with local and global teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Prepare and present summary reports on tester performance and improvement projects. Must-Have Your Skills and Experience Bachelor’s/Diploma degree in Electronics/Telecommunications

3 plus years of experience in the manufacturing & Electronics industry

Hands-on experience supporting global teams for tester installation and breakdown issues

Familiarity with handling Test & Measuring equipment

Expertise in troubleshooting tester issues, particularly RF filters and TRX PCBA Nice-To-Have Familiarity with managing test instrument calibration cycles

Experience in preparing executive summary and MIS reports

Knowledge of lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies

Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Leadership and team development capabilities
