Experience in Electronics manufacturing processes & functional acceptance testing

Hands-on experience in resolving manufacturing, quality and yield-related issues for commodities like PCBA, Cables, Transformers etc.

Knowledge of IPC-A-610/620 standards (preferable IPC certified CIS)

Utilisation of various estimating tools such as CCA cost model (PCBA costing spreadsheet) & Lytica for standard components to complete the detailed cost estimates.

Develop and maintain Should Cost Models for Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS), Original Design Manufacturing (ODM) and Finished Goods (FG) assemblies such as Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs).





Ability to identify key cost drivers & suggest alternate low-cost manufacturing solutions

Exposure to Value Engineering concepts.

Have basic knowledge of finance and program management concepts and tools.

Explicit and concise verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively Communicate project status and program needs across different levels of the organisation and different operating environments.

Proficiencies English: Fluent communication

Data Analysis/Decision Making

Integrated Supply Chain Knowledge

Willingness to work in flex hours for meetings with teams in North America, Europe, Asia and domestic.
