About Position: We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Java Developer with 8 to 12 years of software engineering experience to join our core product team. While this role spans the full application stack, the primary focus is on backend engineering, enterprise integrations, and microservices architecture. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and scaling the core platform that enables seamless data movement, low-latency workflows, and embedded integrations across enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Workday, SAP, AWS, and other business applications.

Build and optimize integration frameworks connecting various SaaS, cloud, and on-premise systems.

Expertise

You'll Bring:



8 to 12 years of software development experience with strong expertise in Java application development.

Strong proficiency in Core Java, Java 8+, Collections, Multithreading, Streams, Concurrency, and Object-Oriented Design.

Hands-on experience building RESTful APIs and backend services.

Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and related Spring ecosystem technologies.

Experience designing and developing Microservices-based architectures.

Strong understanding of distributed systems, asynchronous processing, and event-driven architectures.

Experience integrating enterprise applications such as Salesforce, SAP, Workday, AWS services, and other external systems.

Knowledge of messaging and streaming technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar platforms.

Robust experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or equivalent databases.

Experience writing optimized SQL queries and designing scalable data models.

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.

Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar development tools.

Experience developing frontend applications using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or similar technologies.

Understanding of API security, authentication, authorization, and secure coding practices.





Strong knowledge of software design patterns and enterprise application architecture.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced product engineering environment.
