About Position: We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Java Developer to join our core product engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in backend development, enterprise integrations, and microservices architecture while also possessing experience across the full stack. This role will be responsible for designing, building, and scaling core platform capabilities that enable seamless data integration, low-latency workflow automation, and connectivity across enterprise applications such as Salesforce, Workday, SAP, AWS, and other business-critical systems.

Job Type: Full-Time Employment What You'll Do: Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise-grade applications using Java and modern full-stack technologies.
Architect and build high-performance backend services and microservices for core platform capabilities.
Develop and maintain enterprise integrations with third-party systems, SaaS platforms, and cloud applications.
Design and implement RESTful APIs, asynchronous workflows, and event-driven architectures.
Build solutions that support large-scale data movement, workflow automation, and real-time integrations.
Develop reusable frameworks, services, and components to accelerate platform development.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineering teams to deliver scalable business solutions.
Optimize application performance, reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
Design and implement secure authentication, authorization, and API management solutions.
Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement long-term engineering improvements.
Participate in architecture reviews, design discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making.
Ensure engineering best practices,
coding standards, and quality processes are followed.
Mentor developers and contribute to technical excellence across the engineering organization.
Support CI/CD implementation, automated testing, deployment, and monitoring initiatives.
Expertise
You'll Bring: 8 to 10 years of software engineering experience with strong backend development expertise.
Advanced proficiency in Java and enterprise application development.
Strong experience developing microservices-based architectures and distributed systems.
Expertise in Spring Boot, REST APIs, and enterprise integration patterns.
Experience building scalable and low-latency backend systems.
Strong knowledge of API design, service orchestration, and event-driven architectures.
Experience integrating enterprise applications such as Salesforce, Workday, SAP, AWS, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of messaging technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or equivalent platforms.
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases and data modeling concepts.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience with containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automation frameworks.
Experience building and consuming secure APIs with authentication and authorization mechanisms.
Strong understanding of software design principles, object-oriented programming, and design patterns.
Experience with frontend technologies and modern full-stack development practices.
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced product engineering environment and drive complex technical initiatives.
