Position: Java Full Stack Developer

Location: Bengaluru/ Coimbatore

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Full Stack Developer with at least 3 years experience to join the easyConfig/CART team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and delivering highquality software features across the full stack from Angular-driven UIs to Spring Boot microservices backed by MongoDB. Beyond technical excellence, you will actively engage with stakeholders, translating business needs into technical solutions and communicating progress with clarity and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable backend services using Java & Spring Boot (REST APIs, microservices architecture)

Build responsive and dynamic frontend applications using Angular 10+ (components, services, state management)

Integrate and manage MongoDB for flexible, high-performance document-based data storage

Write and maintain automated UI/functional test suites using Selenium as part of the Continuous

Testing (CT) strategy

Manage and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins — including build, test, and deployment automation

Engage directly with stakeholders — gather requirements, present updates, and articulate technical concepts in a clear, non-technical language when needed

Act as a bridge between business and engineering — ensuring stakeholder expectations are well understood and reflected in delivered solutions

Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects/Leads, and peers in an Agile/Scrum environment

Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality, reusability, and adherence to standards

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance across layers

Contribute to technical documentation and support knowledge-sharing within the team

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

Experience with Docker / Kubernetes for containerized deployments

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

3+ years of hands-on software development experience with proven expertise across the full stack

Minimum 3 years of working experience with Java, Spring Boot, Angular

Demonstrated ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at various organizational levels
