About Position:

We are looking for a passionate Java Full Stack Architect with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and REST APIs to develop scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both backend and frontend development, microservices architecture, cloud-based applications, and Agile development practices.

What You'll Do:

- Own end-to-end delivery planning for Java, Angular, and TypeScript-based application initiatives.
- Prepare and manage project plans, sprint plans, release plans, milestones, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
- Track project execution against scope, timeline, quality, budget, and risk objectives.
- Drive predictable delivery through structured governance, proactive planning, and effective escalation management.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate with developers, architects, QA engineers, DevOps teams, business analysts, product owners, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure backlog readiness, requirement clarity, dependency management, and timely achievement of sprint goals.
- Provide delivery oversight for applications developed using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, TypeScript, REST APIs, and related technologies.
- Understand technical dependencies across application layers, integrations, databases, infrastructure, and deployment pipelines.
- Collaborate with architects and technical leads to assess implementation approaches, technical risks, solution impacts, and release readiness.
- Ensure technical deliverables are reviewed, tested, documented, and aligned with quality standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project status, risks, issues, decisions, and stakeholder communications.
- Prepare project dashboards, RAID logs, executive summaries, status reports, and governance updates.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain transparent communication across business and technology teams.
- Identify, document, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
- Lead issue triage discussions and coordinate resolution activities across development, QA, infrastructure, and DevOps teams.
- Support release readiness assessments, deployment planning, go/nogo decisions, and production rollout activities.
- Coordinate UAT, defect management, testing activities,



and post-release stabilization efforts.
- Ensure adherence to documentation, testing, security, compliance, and operational handover requirements.
- Work closely with DevOps teams to manage CI/CD activities, deployment schedules, environment readiness, and rollback plans.
- Support resource planning, capacity management, task allocation, and delivery forecasting.
- Drive governance reviews, steering committee updates, project health reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor delivery teams and promote accountability, collaboration, and execution excellence.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 12 to 15 years of experience in Technical Program Management, or Application Delivery Management.
- Proven experience managing enterprise application development and modernization programs.
- Solid understanding of Java, Spring Boot, Angular, TypeScript, and REST API-based application architectures.
- Experience managing Agile and Scrum-based software development projects.
- Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and application delivery methodologies.
- Experience coordinating crossfunctional teams including developers, architects, QA engineers, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of application integrations, databases, deployment pipelines, and cloud-based environments.
- Experience with CI/CD processes, DevOps practices, release management, and deployment governance.
- Expertise in project planning, estimation, budgeting, scheduling, resource planning, and delivery governance.
- Experience maintaining RAID logs, project dashboards, status reporting, and executive communications.
- Strong risk management, issue management, dependency tracking, and escalation management skills.
- Experience managing SIT, UAT, defect tracking, production deployment, and release readiness activities.
- Strong stakeholder management and client engagement capabilities.
- Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, MS Project, or similar project management tools.
- Experience working in distributed and global delivery environments.
- Understanding of enterprise security, quality assurance, and compliance requirements.
