About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead with deep expertise in Mendix to drive digital transformation through low-code application development. This role requires a balance of robust technical acumen, leadership, solution architecture, and stakeholder collaboration to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade applications on the Mendix platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Mendix application development, including design, development, deployment, and maintenance.
- Act as a solution architect, ensuring scalability, performance, and best practices are embedded in all Mendix solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams – business analysts, UI/UX designers, backend engineers – to define technical requirements and delivery timelines.
- Guide and mentor a team of developers; perform code reviews, sprint planning, and technical upskilling.
- Interface with key stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into technical requirements.
- Maintain high standards of software quality by establishing and enforcing development best practices.
- Proactively identify and resolve architectural bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and integration issues.
- Stay current with emerging trends in low-code/no-code platforms, especially within the Mendix ecosystem.




- Drive DevOps adoption and ensure CI/CD processes are optimized for Mendix projects.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of total IT experience with at least 5+ years in Mendix development, including experience in Mendix 9+ versions.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, scalable enterprise applications using Mendix.
- Certified Mendix Advanced or Expert Developer (preferred).
- Experience in microservices, REST APIs, OData, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Strong understanding of domain modelling, page design, and workflow configuration in Mendix.
- Hands-on experience with Java, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and integration with external services/systems.
- Deep knowledge of software design patterns, application lifecycle management, and agile methodologies.
- Exposure to cloud-native deployments (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with unit testing, automated testing tools, and performance tuning in Mendix.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- Experience with Mendix Data Hub, ERP integrations, or legacy system modernization projects.
- Mendix Advance Developer Certification is must.
