Job Description:

We are looking for energetic and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Field Sales

Officers. The role involves direct interaction with potential customers, generating leads, and driving sales through face-to-face engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Approaching potential customers to promote and sell insurance products.




- Conducting meetings and presentations to explain product offerings.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Achieving sales targets and contributing to revenue growth.
- Providing post-sales support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Keeping records of sales activities and market feedback.

Requirements:

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Freshers can also apply
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude.
- Willingness to travel locally and meet clients in person.
- Must have Driving Licence and a two-wheeler.
