About the Company

Pattabhi Agro Foods Pvt. Ltd. is one of the fastest-growing agro-processing companies engaged in the manufacturing of Rice Bran Oil, Poultry Feed, DORB, and allied products. We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead our organization's IT infrastructure, ERP systems, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives across our corporate office and manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the organization's complete IT infrastructure.
- Administer servers, networking, firewalls, switches, routers, and Wi-Fi infrastructure.
- Ensure smooth functioning of ERP, HRMS, Payroll, Attendance, and other business applications.
- Coordinate with software vendors for implementation, customization, and issue resolution.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing plants.
- Maintain data security, backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity practices.
- Manage Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud services.
- Monitor network performance and ensure maximum uptime.
- Implement IT policies, SOPs, and security standards.
- Support users across Corporate Office, Plants, Warehouses, and Sales Offices.
- Manage CCTV systems, biometric attendance devices, printers, IP phones, and hardware assets.
- Prepare IT budgets and oversee procurement of IT hardware and software.




- Lead and mentor the IT support team while coordinating with external service providers.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MCA, B.Tech (IT/CSE), or equivalent.
- 10–15 years of experience in Manufacturing, Agro Industry, Food Processing, FMCG, or Process Industries.
- Strong hands-on experience in:
