Key Responsibilities:

1. Endpoint &

- Device Management:
- Own macOS endpoint management enrollment, configuration profiles, patch management, and policy enforcement via MDM (Jamf or equivalent).
- Troubleshoot and resolve advanced macOS issues; maintain endpoint compliance posture with the security team.

2. Identity &

- Access Management:
- Administer and troubleshoot Okta SSO, MFA policies, application assignments, and lifecycle management.
- Handle escalated access issues; support and maintain Active Directory accounts, group policies, and OUs.

3. Network &

- Connectivity:
- Troubleshoot VPN connectivity via GlobalProtect and Zscaler ZPA/ZIA; apply networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VLANs, firewall rules) to resolve connectivity issues.
- Collaborate with network and security teams on escalated cases requiring deeper infrastructure context.

4. Collaboration &

- Productivity Tools:
- Serve as escalation point for Microsoft 365 Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and licensing.
- Manage and troubleshoot Zoom Rooms, Zoom Phone, and video conferencing hardware.
