Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Agile Scrum Master to join our high-performing team in Noida. In this capacity, you will serve as the primary facilitator for cross-functional squads, ensuring the seamless execution of complex software development projects. You will work closely with Product Owners, engineering leads, and business stakeholders to align technical delivery with strategic business objectives.

By fostering a culture of continuous improvement and removing operational bottlenecks, you will directly influence the velocity of our product releases and the overall quality of the end-user experience. This role is pivotal in driving organizational agility and ensuring that our delivery processes remain lean, transparent, and highly effective in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, to ensure team alignment and consistent delivery.
- Shield the development team from external interruptions and resolve organizational impediments to maintain focus on sprint goals and project timelines.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to refine the product backlog,



ensuring that user stories are well-defined and prioritized to maximize business value.
- Mentor team members on Agile principles and practices to cultivate a high-maturity, self-organizing team culture that thrives on accountability.
- Track and communicate key performance metrics, such as velocity and cycle time, to provide stakeholders with actionable insights into project health and delivery predictability.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrate deep expertise in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Secure, with a proven track record of managing large-scale, complex enterprise projects.
- Exhibit exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and non-technical business leadership.
- Possess a strong analytical mindset to identify process inefficiencies and implement data-driven solutions that enhance team productivity.
- Maintain a high level of proficiency in industry-standard project management tools like Jira and Confluence to ensure transparent documentation and workflow tracking.
