About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Investment Intern to join our founding team for a 6-month paid internship in Bangalore, with the possibility of conversion to a full-time role based on performance. You will work directly with the founding team on live projects and learn how a fund is built from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

- Fund operations: Understand how a specialist VC fund is set up and managed.
- Administrative support: Assist with scheduling, coordination, and day-to-day operational tasks.
- Document management: Organize, maintain, and streamline important records and files.
- Social media & PR management: Help craft and manage our online presence across platforms. Manage PR and marketing of the fund and its partners.
- Investor relations: Identify potential investors, maintain databases, and track fundraising progress.
- Pitch support: Contribute to pitch deck reviews, investor reports, and presentation materials.
- Market research: Conduct industry, competitor, and startup research to support investment decisions.
- Financial analysis: Assist in valuation research, financial modelling, and analysis of investment opportunities.
- Exposure to secondaries: Learn about founder liquidity, LP/GP-led transactions,



and structured exits — areas rarely covered in traditional VC internships.
- Learn about investment strategies and launching global VC funds across stages and strategies.

Who Can Apply

- Graduates in Finance or Marketing.
- Basic understanding of financial statements, startup fundraising, and venture capital preferred.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Marketing oriented with strong PR skills.
- Ability to work independently with high attention to detail.
