We're Hiring: Investment Compliance Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Investment Compliance Analyst to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a strong background in investment compliance, portfolio compliance, or investment operations who are passionate about regulatory compliance, portfolio monitoring, and capital markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Investigate compliance exceptions based on portfolio strategy and investment guideline rules.
- Collaborate with technology and upstream teams to troubleshoot compliance guideline rule exceptions and provide clear validation commentary.
- Support testing and implementation of compliance rule changes related to derivatives, CFTC regulations, IRC, concentration limits, and other investment restrictions.
- Ensure timely resolution of compliance issues while communicating risks and escalations to stakeholders.
- Work closely with Compliance, Operations, Technology, Client Service, and Client Management teams to support project delivery and business objectives.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 3–8 years of experience in Investment Compliance,



Portfolio Compliance, Compliance Reporting, or Investment Operations.
- Robust understanding of investment restrictions, regulatory compliance, and portfolio monitoring.
- Experience interpreting client mandates, Investment Management Agreements (IMAs), prospectuses, and regulatory requirements is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with compliance platforms such as Charles River, Sentinel, Aladdin, Bloomberg AIM, or similar tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Profile:

- Experience supporting compliance remediation, regulatory change, platform migration, or transformation initiatives.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results within challenging project timelines.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across business, compliance, and technology teams.
